Juventus Transfer Rumours: Who’s In and Who’s Out?

Italian Football Club Juventus won the Serie A championship last season which served as back to back titles for the club. With the 2012 and 2013 championship in the bag, the defending champions looks to get a tree-peat and capture the 2014 title as well. In preparation for their title run, they have their eyes set on certain players this upcoming transfer window, but they also have some players who might be leaving as well.

WHO COULD BE IN?

Carlos Tevez
Argentine football player Carlos Tevez has a high probability of transferring to Juventus next season. It has been reported that Manchester City has agreed to sell the striker to Juventus for a £ 10 million deal. The transfer agreement will be final after Tevez has completed his medical examinations as he is set to sign a 3-year contract with the Serie A champs.

Gonzalo Higuain
Juventus is looking to get Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain and have him play in the Italian league. It has been rumoured that Higuain has an interest in joining Juventus but it is still not certain if he will be transferring to the Italian club. As of the moment, EPL club Arsenal seems to be interested in getting the striker as well, with a speculated transfer fee of £ 22 million in mind.

Angelo Ogbonna
Torino player, Angelo Ogbonna, might be switching sides come next season. Torino and Juventus are doing some talks regarding the possible transfer of the Italian player to the Serie A champions. The rumoured transfer fee for such a deal to take place is € 15 million.

WHO COULD BE OUT?

Mirko Vucinic
Milan originally wanted Carlos Tevez to join their club, but with Tevez technically a Juve player next season, last season’s third place club now looks to steal Mirko Vucinic from their Serie A rival. Italian club, Milan, showed their interest in the Juventus striker and could possibly be thinking of a potential transfer to take place.

Mauricio Isla
Last year was a season to forget for Italy’s Inter who was downsized by injuries for most of the 2012/2013 season. Inter is currently in negotiation with Juventus for Chilean player Mauricio Isla. The latter is continuously asking for a € 7.5 million transfer fee, but Inter is in the range of € 5.5 million as of the moment.

Marco Storari
Roma looks to get Italian goalkeeper, Marco Storari from the defending champs for next season’s campaign. The 36-year old veteran has served as backup goalkeeper to Gianluigi Buffon the last couple of seasons, with just 6 starting lineup duties in the latest championship run. Roma seems to be interested in the well experienced veteran for a € 2 million transfer fee.
