Also, the championship contenders would most likely have to be without their sporting director Leonardo who was suspended until further notice by the French Football League’s disciplinary committee for his actions at the match against Valenciennes. Reports say that he allegedly barged intentionally into referee Alexandre Castro in the tunnel after the match.
Italian club Internazionale watch as their roster continue to deteriorate due to injuries with 2 new injured players joining their sidelined team mates outside the playing field. Both Cicero Moreira Jonathan (shoulder injury) and Andrea Ranocchia (hamstring injury) left the match that they lost against Lazio with injuries. As of the moment, Inter has 15 injured players in their roster and 7 have been ruled out of this season for quite some time now.
Recent Champions League competitors Bayern Munich and Barcelona are continuing their battle outside the field to get Borussia Dortmund star Robert Lewandowski to sign with their respective clubs. Joining the mix is English Premier League’s Chelsea who also want to offer the Polish football player € 25 million to wear the blue jersey for next season.
