Clubs look to bulk up their squads, as the January transfer window approaches

As the transfer window is nearing, many names have already been buzzing around as teams look to strengthen up their squads for the second half of the season. Some teams look to beef up their back lines, while some still look for some additive punch in their attack.

Here are some players that have surfaced with in the rumors.

Paris Saint-German is looking to spend big as Eden Hazard and Paul Pogba are targeted.
Manager Laurent Blanc wants to add some attack-minded midfielders to his squad. It is said that one of the targets is Belgian star Eden Hazard, and it appears that he would be the top transfer for the team. According to France Football, PSG is looking to make an offer of £34 million for the said midfielder. Another player that PSG is looking to get is Paul Pogba of Juventus. French newspaper L’Equipe states that PSG is preparing to make a €50 million bid for the young star. If the deal will push through, it would be another blow to Juventus after not qualifying to the next round of the Champions League. Even though there are already offers for the said players, the probability is still low for the two transfers.

Jose Mourinho looking to boost the defensive back line with Inter Milan’s Andrea Ranocchia.
The six foot five defender Andrea Ranocchia has another team wanting his service come the transfer window. The Blues have just recently showed their interest and are looking to beat other teams such as Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham for the Italian defender. With David Luiz being targeted by Barcelona, Ranocchia would be the likely replacement and top target for the team. Also, Mourinho wants to add more youth to their back line, which means that there could be more talks in the coming weeks.

Liverpool, Fulham, and Inter Milan all have a look in to Dynamo Moscow’s Balazs Dzsudzsak.
The three teams are linked with Dzudzsak, but it is said by Sporting Director Guram Adzojev that there are no offers yet from the mentioned clubs. Guram said to Nemzeti Sports “This is the first time I hear the name of these teams in connection with Balazs.” “There are interested teams, but at such a big club as Dinamo it’s not a surprise. It’s very busy during the winter and the summer transfer window but I can say we haven’t received any detailed offers for the winger.”  It might be possible that the Hungarian star would make a move to England or in Italy, but it would still be up to Manager Dan Petrescu if he decides to let go of Balazs Dzudzsak. With all the teams looking to steal him away, the probability is still low for the transfer to materialize for Dzsudzsak.
