According to Marca, clubs would still go after Di Maria aside from him being an integral part of the starting eleven. Clubs such as PSG, Monaco, Manchester City, and Arsenal are willing to pay €40 million for the Argentinian midfielder.
Ashley Cole could stay in England, but not in Chelsea
The Blues defender’sspell in the Stamford Bridge could come to an end. Ashley has yet to receive any offers for an extension to stay at Chelsea with his contract already approaching its due date. Even at the age of 33, Ashley Cole is arguably one of the best defenders of his generation which is why he is still wanted by top clubs. The teams that are looking for his services are Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, and his former club Arsenal. From here and on, it is still a waiting game if the Blues would extend his contract or he would go for free to new club that requires his services.
Arsenal looking to snatch Juventus Target
FC Barcelona winger Alexis Sanchez has been previously linked to Serie A club Juventus, but it seems that Arsenal are looking to join the party as the club has stated their interest with the Chilean. It is stated by Mirror that Alexis’ playing style would fit in right with the Gunners and is willing to pay the sum of €30 million and is looking to fend of Juventus.
Juan Cuadrado gets a new suitor
It has been reported before that Juan Cuadrado and Barcelona have already agreed on personal terms, talks between Barcelona and Fiorentina and Udinese have been stalled. This has hinted Arsenal to be back into the race of getting the defender, but it seems a new suitor has joined the party with Juventus are said to offer three players in return for Cuadrado. It is reported by TuttoMercato that Fiorentina is not positive dealing with Juventus but Udenese is very interested in the swap that Juventus might offer.
